WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?

MAPPING PROPERTY ASSETS
UCAT includes a feature that allows you to create asset value map for properties and assets you want to take into consideration. The typical information that is needed to produce asset value maps is data on:
- the central register of buildings and dwellings,
- the land (cadastre) register,
- roads and infrastructures,
- historical monuments and alike,
- immaterial assets, and
- protected and preservation areas.
CREATING RISK MAPS EASILY
Climate change may cause a wide range of societal challenges - from anxiety, risk management and economic damages to coastal squeeze of natural areas, damages to cultural heritage and the risk of pollution spreading.
Thus an important component in developing and maintaining plans for climate adaptation is the risk maps showing the volunaribility of the assets. The information required to create risk maps is:
- an asset map with all relevant assets,
- damage value(s) for each asset type, and
- flood maps due to rainfalls, sea levels and rivers.
